In physical therapy, our main goal is to assist in enhancing patient health and functionality. We achieve this by assessing, evaluating, and treating the musculoskeletal system. This strategy focuses on preventing or reducing both acute and chronic pain and movement dysfunctions by utilizing evidence-based practices. We prioritize patient education and empowerment, this strategy aims to equip individuals with the tools they need to actively participate in their own care, ultimately improving quality of life and promoting sustained health outcomes.

With nearly 10 years of experience in the field of physical therapy. Holding a Doctor of Physical Therapy from University of North Dakota, she has successfully treated numerous patients, helping them reduce their pain and return to their daily activities and sports. Ashley’s approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, ensuring each patient receives the best possible care. Ashley enjoys being with her family, getting outside, and working out. She’s passionate about helping her patients achieve their goals, whether it’s getting to peak sport performance or simply enjoying a pain-free walk.
