Influenza Vaccine

Spirit Lake Health Center will be offering a flu clinic day at your school.

We will only be offering the shot this year as the mist is not recommended at this time. Our goal of offering the flu clinic is to protect as many children as possible and reduce the spread of flu in this area.

We need to ensure there is enough vaccine. If you would like your child/children to get their vaccine from us, please complete the consent form below and either return it to the school or to our staff here at the Spirit Lake Health Center Pharmacy.
